The Malamondos? Seriously? That's awesome. I LOVE The Malamondos. I wish they'd put their "Pirate Song" on a CD. I was listening to Great Bop Apocalypse on the drive to work this morning.
I love it when they open for Southern Culture on the Skids, it's always a great two-for-one.
I played in a band (Les Honky More Tonkies)that same evening in Winston-Salem at the Garage. How surprised I was to see one of my fav artist's creation on the poster...and our name on it, as well!! Waaaay too cool. Until now, I thought the image was ripped off your site, Rob!! U rok!
ROBERT ULLMAN pays the bills as a freelance illustrator for a plethora of publications, such as VIRGINIA LIVING, NICKELODEON, and THE WASHINGTON CITY PAPER. He creates comics in his spare time (of which there never seems to be enough), including ATOM-BOMB BIKINI, GRAND GESTURES, LUNCH-HOUR COMIX and the upcoming SELLOUT, which will see print one of these days.

This is terrific! One of my favorites. A sticker is mandatory.
I just saw the color version of this on a poster for the upcoming Malamondos gig in Winston-Salem. Looks great!
